Spurs 5-1 Arsenal

It was justice, but it's no reversal of luck;
It was the difference of deadly Ledley;
It was Jermaine Jenas at his best;
It was famous;
It was well refereed;
It was even good for my fantasy team that Adebayor came on to score!

Luck played no part in Tottenham's trouncing of arch rivals Arsenal, something which can not be said of the previous few results that have gone the other way. Outplayed over two legs and, for once, also out-done in the score line, Arsenal were put to bed by a Spurs team that were fast in attack, strong in defence and clinical throughout.
The presence of Ledley King at the back is clear for all to see, spreading confidence throughout the Spurs team. Michael Dawson's form also seems to have returned with his captain by his side.
As for Jermaine Jenas, well, I have openly questioned him previously -not in ability but in application. However, over both legs he applied himself more than any other and showed the real quality he possesses. He was definitely my man of the match tonight and has also added weight to the theory that the longer the hair the better the player.
To score 5 (FIVE) is achievement enough. To score 5 in a semi final is more so. To do it against your arch rivals is grandiose. For it to mark the first win against them in 9 years is famous!
I would also like to add how well i thought it was refereed. For such a high profile encounter between such bitter rivals with a Wembley final at stake Howard Webb kept his composure brilliantly and made no rash decisions. Many referees would have gone straight to the penalty spot when Pascal Chimbonda 'appeared' to take down Abu Diaby but in fact managed to get enough of a touch on the ball to divert it from his path. Many would also have given Adebayor his second yellow (straight after he'd already had a firm talking to) for appearing to use his arm to slay down Young-Pyo Lee. In fact, albeit a foul, Lee DID make a meal of it and had Adebayor not been giant to Lee's dwarf-like stature it would have only been a touch in the chest. Referees deserve credit where it's due because they always receive the opposite for anything slightly out of place. Well done Howard.
I'm delighted Spurs won tonight...I thought they were going to throw it away again having only come away from the Emirates with a draw after a performance that deserved better.
